Sealed bids will be received by the Treasurer, Ottawa-Glandorf Local Schools, 630 Glendale Ave, Ottawa OH 45875, until 2pm local time on Thursday, Oct 1, 2015, for a 3-classroom addition to Glandorf Elementary School, based upon Drawings & Specifications prepared by SSOE. Bids will be opened and read shortly afterwards in the Board Office. This notice is posted on http://og.noacsc.org/; select GE Classroom Addition under Administrative Offices. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:30pm on Wednesday, Sept 16, 2015, at Glandorf Elementary School, 140 Church St, Glandorf OH.

Each bid must include a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier’s check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders.

No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility.
